Project Brief:
We tendered for and were awarded the contract for supply and installation of metal stud partitions and suspended ceilings. To the largest retail outlet House of Fraser in the prestigious and innovative Victoria Square from Pel Interiors.
Works were carried out and completed to schedule on 160,000 sq. ft. of retail space over 5 floors inside the programme time of 20 weeks.
The Challenge:
The challenge was to complete the works to programme whilst being hindered by the city centre location and the restrictive site conditions. These location challenges were overcome by planning of deliveries and working closely with the client.
Customer Satisfaction:
This contract was testing in terms of programme, location and quality. We completed the project fully satisfying these challenges and as a result secured further contracts from this client.
