Our brief on this project was to provide the partitions and ceiling elements to a 19000 sq ft new build fit out for Wates Retail.
Wates fast track management approach and their aim of zero defects provided a challenge to our site team in terms of performance and quality.
Our ability to adapt to an ever changing programme and flexibility in commencing on site ensured programme dates were met. The quality of our work, as part of the project team, was evident in Wates achieving zero defects on handover.
